We’re proud to share that Adepto has been shortlisted for Best Recruitment Company (£10m to £50m turnover) at the 2025 APSCo Awards for Excellence.
A Moment to Reflect
Earlier this week, our leadership team met with APSCo as part of the finalist selection process. The category we’re in is one of the most competitive. To be recognised alongside some of the most respected names in the industry is a huge honour.
The process was thorough, rightly so. Our business was put under the microscope. A proper deep dive into who we are, how we work, and what we stand for. It was challenging, but it was also a fantastic opportunity to share our journey so far.
Our Story: Built on People, Driven by Purpose
Ten years ago, Adepto set out to do recruitment differently. To put people first. To build something long-lasting, values-led, and genuinely impactful.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily. Not just in numbers, but in culture, in capability, and in the trust our clients and candidates place in us. Every step forward has been earned through resilience, collaboration, and staying true to who we are.
What we shared with APSCo wasn’t just stats or case studies. It was the full story. The highs, the hard lessons, the decisions that shaped us. Because that’s what matters.
Why It Matters
This nomination is a milestone, yes. But more than that, it’s a moment to look back and appreciate what’s been built. It’s a nod to the team that’s made it possible and a reminder that the way you do business counts.
It’s about values. About people. About building a company that lasts because it’s built right.
What’s Next
Winners will be announced in September at the APSCo Awards ceremony. Whatever the outcome, we’ll be celebrating ten years of hard work, ambition, and progress.
