About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our European MSP team. You will manage a portfolio of clients based within the one client MSP account where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients, candidates; suppliers and deliver high-quality workforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and confident managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines, with a focus on driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supplier agencies.
- Source candidates via job boards, databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for client meetings.
- Write and advertise job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the company ATS.
- Achieve individual and team revenue or placement targets.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and full compliance with documentation.
- Manage certain PSL recruitment suppliers in to the MSP
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment and had a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
Desirable:
- Experience in agency recruitment or MSP/RPO environments.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, or LinkedIn sourcing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or placement targets.
