Working with a Top-Tier COMAH plant specialising in crop protection, fine and speciality chemicals, you will be working with the CEO to oversee one of the 4 production plants on the 100 acre site. The company has a 50 + year reputation in market and works with customer globally.
As a Production Manager your role will involve:
- Production Leadership across the plant
- Achieve and ensure production targets are met
- Responsible for people management
- Oversee CAPEX, Maintenance and Shut-downs
- Responsible for H&S activities
- Manage Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence in manufacturing plant.
You:
Ideally you will have a background in Production Management, within a COMAH site with experience of H&S and people management. You will have a proven track record in lean manufacturing and six sigma ideally with a qualification/ belt in six sigma.
