The medical coverage plans, ancillary dental plans, and vision coverage is provided via Aetna, one of the top 3 US healthcare providers in the US
There are different tiers and levels of healthcare plans that the contractors can opt into.
Dependant on what plan the contractor elects, the different in cost will be taken out of their pay, pre-tax.
If a worker opts into one of our medical plans the minimum employer contribution is $268 per month.
