Lee Knowles entered the technical recruitment industry in 1997, working his way up to managing the £100m+ revenue UK operations of an international corporate, and becoming a founding director of Adepto in 2015. Lee is a chemical engineering recruitment specialist, with strong links to the IChemE and a candidate pool 20 years in the making. Lee is widely regarded for his knowledge and professionalism; he is equally comfortable working on temporary/contract assignments, permanent recruitment, and indeed managing headhunting campaigns for niche or managerial positions.
