David Arnold entered the recruitment industry in 2006 as a graduate in Biological Sciences and joined a large global organisation as a Trainee Consultant specialising in Life Science recruitment. David progressed to Recruitment Manager for the UK Life Science business in 2013 and managed a multidiscipline team covering both contract and permanent recruitment divisions. David joined Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd in 2016 as a Director and has helped to make Adepto the partner of choice to numerous manufacturers, technology developers, consultants and engineering services providers.
As a recruitment professional David has a broad knowledge across all major employment disciplines within the engineering and technical market but is best known for his extensive network and market leading expertise within the Commissioning, Qualification and Validation Engineering sector.
